Returns & Exchanges

 

All returns and exchanges must be made within seven days of receipt, in good salable condition, and with prior notice by contacting us. We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Sales Tax

Californian residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax on their purchases.

 

International Orders

We will happily ship overseas. Additional duty costs may incur.

Unless otherwise requested, all items ship via UPS ground. Rush orders and other special shipping requests may be made by contact us directly at the above email address.

 

Product Care

As with all beautiful handmade things your garment or accessory should be handled with care. We recommend hanging garments on a hanger for 24 hours after wear. This will allow for any wrinkles to release. Use a damp sponge or brush to gently remove spots and stains.

 

Dry clean only, never wash or use detergent or bleach. If your garment needs to be ironed, only use steam without touching the fabric directly. If possible steam on the under-side of the fabric. Wool and silk garments should only be dry-cleaned once a season and if they get wet, be sure to keep them away from heat to avoid shrinkage or water marks. Avoid exposing your garments and accessories to strong direct sunlight for long periods of time. The colors may fade.
